Registration is the easiest metric in iGaming to inflate and the most dangerous to celebrate. Cheap traffic manufactures accounts by the thousand while producing almost no first-time depositors — and the dashboard shows a big number right up until finance asks where the deposits are. A 12-check diagnostic across the four places the registration-to-FTD conversion leaks:

• Geo quality — licence-geo match, payment eligibility, KYC pass rate as a geo signal
• Bonus intent — the bonus-hunter signature, the offer-to-deposit bridge, claim intent vs deposit intent
• Content intent — curiosity clicks vs player intent, proof-of-payout, was the registration the goal or the deposit
• Message-market fit — local language and native creators, local player behavior and stakes, the local funnel bridge
